Our third time of staying at this hotel, and our third satisfactory stay. The staff are helpful and welcoming and despite the restaurant being shut on the Sunday night there were recommendations for where to go for a nice meal.

The welcome from the staff was excellent and the situation of the hotel was right on the seafront a short stroll from the restaurants and shops. The free gated parking was certainly a bonus.

although slightly late for breakfast we were made welcome and fresh supplies added to themobility problems existing choice. On arrival staff noticed that I had problems with the stairs and carried our luggage to our room, and in the morning took it to our car.
The main approach to reception is via a flight of external stairs which anyone with mobility problems would find a little daunting. There is of course no lift and the same problem would apply.

The area was beautiful and close to all the Normandy memorials. The hotel was an old chateau and really pretty. The room was small but clean. Breakfasts were very good!
We would have loved one English speaking channel on T.V. (BBC?) Also, their dinner menu was a meat/fish menu and we were vegetarians. They tried to accommodate us though!
